Logistics & Distribution Policy

Axis Dynamics operates a high-precision logistics network designed to ensure that complex innovations reach their destinations with mechanical and biological integrity intact. Our distribution protocols are engineered strictly for reliability, compliance, and speed.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION

All technical systems undergo a rigorous Precision Verification Check at our Bronx facility before dispatch.

Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Custom Systems: Orders containing custom-engineered components or high-capacity power infrastructure may require additional calibration windows.

During the verification phase, your hardware is inspected for strict structural tolerances and electrical stability. This ensures the "Core" of your system is fully operational from the moment of unboxing.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIERS (USA)

Standard Technical Freight: 5–7 business days. Reliable ground transport for industrial and hardware components.
Priority System Dispatch: 2–3 business days. Accelerated handling for time-sensitive infrastructure.
Local Courier (NYC Metro): Same-day or next-day delivery available for clients within the New York City metropolitan area.

3. INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION

We provide global distribution networks for our biological and technological sectors. International transit times typically range from 7–14 business days. Please note that all customs duties, regional taxes, and import regulatory fees remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. RESTRICTED & SENSITIVE CARGO

Specific compliance protocols apply to our specialized hardware fields:

Power Systems: High-capacity lithium batteries and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are shipped exclusively via compliant hazardous materials (HAZMAT) carriers to meet federal safety regulations.
Biotech Components: Sensitive biological hardware is packaged in specialized climate-controlled, vibration-dampening materials to prevent structural or cellular degradation during transit.

5. LOCAL PROCUREMENT & PICKUP

Clients may choose to collect their acquisitions directly from our Bronx facility. To utilize this option, please select "Local Pickup" during checkout. Please wait for a formal "Ready for Integration" notification via email before visiting the facility to secure your items.
