Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Axis-Dynamics. We are committed to delivering your electric bikes, electric scooters, and premium tech accessories safely and efficiently. Because our micro-mobility products contain high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, they require specialized handling, transit routing, and delivery protocols.

Please review our comprehensive shipping policy below to understand transit times, delivery expectations, and your responsibilities as a buyer.

1. Processing Times & Order Verification

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Fraud & Security Verification: Because our electric bikes and scooters are high-value items, our billing department may contact you via phone or email to verify your identity and shipping address before dispatch. Your processing window may be delayed if a prompt response is not provided.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our fulfillment center. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link.
2. Shipping Zones, Methods, and Estimated Transit Times
Due to strict federal regulations regarding the transport of large lithium-ion batteries, electric bikes and electric scooters cannot be shipped via air freight and must travel via ground transportation.



Geographic Restrictions

  • Continental US Only: We currently only ship electric bikes and electric scooters to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO: We cannot deliver e-bikes, e-scooters, or charging stations to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or international addresses due to carrier restrictions on oversized battery cargo.

3. Large Freight & E-Bike Delivery Requirements

Because electric bikes are shipped in large, heavy boxes, they are typically delivered via an LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight Carrier (e.g., FedEx Freight, Estes, or R&L Carriers).

The Delivery Appointment Process

  1. Carrier Contact: Once the shipment arrives at your local regional hub, the freight carrier will call you directly using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment window (usually a 4-hour block on a weekday).
  2. Adult Signature Required: An adult (18+) MUST be present at the delivery address during this scheduled window to inspect the package and sign for the delivery. The carrier will not drop off a freight shipment unattended.
  3. Curbside Delivery: Please note that freight shipping is strictly curbside delivery. The driver is only responsible for lowering the palletized box to the curb or driveway using a liftgate. They are not permitted to bring the box inside your home, garage, or up apartment stairwells.
  4. ⚠️ Missed Appointments & Storage Fees: If you miss your scheduled delivery window, or if the carrier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, you may be held liable for storage fees (typically $25–$50 per day) or return-to-sender freight charges.


    4. Shipping Damage & Immediate Inspection Protocol

    Your product leaves our facility in perfect, factory-sealed condition. However, because micro-mobility items are heavy, transit wear can occur. You must inspect the box carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

    If the Box Shows Minor Scuffs or Tears:

    Sign for the delivery, but explicitly write "Damaged Box" or "Subject to Inspection"next to your signature on the driver’s paperwork. This protects your right to file a claim if the product inside is dinged.

    If the Box is Severely Smashed, Open, or Crushed:

    1. Refuse the shipment entirely. Tell the driver you are refusing delivery due to severe transit damage.
    2. Take photos of the damaged box before the truck leaves.
    3. Contact us immediately at support@axis-dynamics.net with your order number and photos so we can dispatch a replacement or initiate an investigation.

    Hidden Damage:

    If the box looked fine but you open it and discover structural or mechanical damage to your e-bike or scooter, you must report it to Axis-Dynamics within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and videos of the damage.

    5. Address Changes, Cancellations, and Redirection

    • Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hoursof placing the order.
    • In-Transit Adjustments: Once an e-bike or e-scooter has left our warehouse and is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the shipment. If a shipment must be rerouted or recalled mid-transit due to a customer error, a rerouting fee (charged by the carrier, often exceeding $150) will be billed to the customer.
