2. General Return Window
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the exact date your shipment was marked as "Delivered" by the logistics carrier to initiate a return request. Requests received after this 30-day window has expired will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange. We strongly advise inspecting all technical assets and equipment immediately upon arrival.
3. Eligible Item Condition & Packaging Requirements
To qualify for a standard refund, returned items must pass a formal inspection at our distribution warehouse. To ensure compliance and safety, items must satisfy the following criteria:

The product must be completely unused, unmounted, unmodified, and free from any structural, aesthetic, or operational wear.

The item must be packed securely within its original manufacturer's box, including all internal protective foam, structural molding, and original packing materials.

All documentation, installation manuals, technical spec sheets, certificates of calibration, cabling, hardware packets, and auxiliary accessories must be present inside the package.

Any factory security seals, serialized holograms, or safety warning tags must remain unbroken and intact.
Please Note: Returns that fail to meet these conditions—such as items showing clear signs of installation, tool markings, missing technical components, or severely damaged original packaging—cannot be restocked. In such instances, the refund may be denied or a diminished partial credit issued.
4. Cost of Return Shipping
Responsibility for return freight and shipping fees is explicitly determined by the underlying cause of the return:
A. In the Event of Product Defect, Damage, or Merchant Error
If you receive an item that is structurally defective, non-functional, damaged during transit, or if we inadvertently shipped the incorrect model configuration:

B. In the Event of Customer Remorse or Voluntary Return
If you decide you no longer require the product, ordered the incorrect size/specification for your system setup, or changed your mind:

The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping or freight back to our designated fulfillment center.

You may select your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS). We costly recommend utilizing a tracked, insured shipping service, as Axis Dynamics cannot be held liable for items lost or structurally damaged in transit back to us.
5. Step-by-Step Return Process

Review & Authorization: Our team will review the request within 24–48 business hours to verify it falls within the 30-day window. Upon validation, we will issue a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate warehouse return address.

Pack the Asset: Securely box the item, placing the RMA paperwork visibly inside the container. Write the RMA number clearly on the exterior shipping box—never write directly on the original manufacturer product box.

Dispatch Shipping: Drop the package off with your chosen carrier (or await scheduled freight pickup). Retain your tracking receipt for verification. Once shipped, email the tracking number to our support team.
6. Inspection and Refund Timelines
Once a return shipment arrives at our receiving dock, it undergoes a meticulous physical inspection by our quality assurance team to verify serial numbers and item conditions.

To provide the fastest resolution for active projects, Axis Dynamics processes all exchanges using a two-step system. We do not offer delayed standard exchanges where a replacement unit is withheld until the return arrives:

8. Order Cancellations

If the order has not yet been processed or staged by our warehouse, we will halt the shipment and issue an immediate full refund.
