Google Customer Reviews Opt-In Policy

 

EXTENSION TO PRIVACY POLICY: GOOGLE CUSTOMER REVIEWS PROGRAM

Axis-Dynamics participates in the verified Google Customer Reviews program to maintain absolute transparency regarding our fulfillment and system performance.

1. DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTION COMPLIANCE

Upon completing a commercial transaction on our storefront, you may be presented with an optional diagnostic prompt asking if you wish to participate in Google's customer feedback matrix. If you explicitly opt-in, you agree that Axis-Dynamics may securely transmit specific transactional details to Google LLC, including:

  • Your encrypted email address;

  • The transaction reference number;

  • The scheduled country of delivery; and

  • The estimated freight delivery date.

2. GOOGLE PRIVACY GOVERNANCE

The telemetry transmitted to Google is used solely to generate a post-delivery evaluation survey. Google will send a single email survey asking you to rate your transaction, system integrity, and delivery timeline. All data processed through this infrastructure is strictly governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
